SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Sand-U, operated by UAB Sandalai.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times do not include order processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@sand-u.shop, and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
