RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to purchases made from Sand-U, operated by UAB Sandalai.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within this 30-day period.
To initiate a return, you must use our official returns portal.
Returns are only accepted if they are submitted through our returns portal and shipped using the provided return label. We do not accept items sent back independently.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or use may be rejected.
You will need your order number and email address to submit a return request.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund. Exact amount may vary depending on your location.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT – DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select the appropriate reason.
Please include a brief description of the issue and upload photos directly in your return request.
To help us review your case as quickly as possible, we also recommend contacting us at info@sand-u.shop after submitting your request.
We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
PRODUCT WEAR & MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Our sandals are designed with soft, comfort-focused materials.
As a result, natural signs of wear may develop over time, especially on the footbed surface or around bonding areas due to regular use and friction.
This is a normal characteristic of the materials used and does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
PROCESS
1. Submit your return request through our returns portal. Returns sent without a return request may not be accepted.
2. Once your request is submitted, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via the portal and email.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label and instructions.
4. Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or other requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Sand-U reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time.
